Payment Obligation : Subscribers are responsible for the full payment of the 3-month period, regardless of usage or cancellation requests made before the term ends. Early Termination with Buyout Option : If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 3-month commitment period, you may opt to pay a buyout fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance for the commitment term. The buyout fee will be calculated based on the remaining months of the commitment period at the time of cancellation. Once the buyout fee is paid, no additional payments for the canceled period will be required. Automatic Renewal : After the initial 3-month period, subscriptions will renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
6-Month Minimum Commitment : Group discount subscriptions require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. Minimum Commitment Period : Paid-in-full options require a minimum commitment equal to the duration of the prepaid term. No Early Termination : Paid-in-full options are non-refundable, and no early termination or prorated refund will be provided if you cancel before the commitment period ends. Automatic Renewal : Upon completion of the prepaid term, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term and amount as the original purchase unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 8 days before the renewal date.
You have a 72-hour period from the time of your initial sign-up to cancel your purchase without incurring any charges. Limitation of Liability : To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Fitness Academy, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage (including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or damage to property) arising out of your participation in any exercise or fitness activities, whether in person or through our online training services. No Medical Advice : Elite Fitness Academy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are intended for general fitness purposes only. By using our services, you agree to hold Elite Fitness Academy harmless from any claims related to health complications or injuries incurred during your participation in exercise programs or fitness activities. Waiver of Claims : By accepting our services, you waive and release Elite Fitness Academy from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to any injury or damage sustained during the use of our services, whether arising from negligence or any other cause.
